Kids Love Pizza

This soup recipe is a family favorite. When it comes to the great taste of pizza, you are going to love how easy you can make a soup that tastes exactly the same way…

Pizza Soup Ingredients

(1) Cup of Salad Crouton

Pizza Soup 1

Cooking Steps:

Take (3) Cups of water and bring to a boil, add 4 Bullion Cubes and mash into the water to create the broth. Drop (2) Cans of Hunt’s Diced, (Juice and all) into the pot and stir gently. Add Oregano and other Dry ingredients to flavor. Bring pot to a boil and reduce heat to Medium heat. Add diced onion into the pot and place lid over soup pot for another 5 minutes.

Remove lid and add (1) cup of croutons and gently stir and let them dissolve into the broth. The croutons thicken the soup mix. Allow to cook for another 5 minutes on Medium heat, or until the croutons are dissolved.

Pizza Ingredients Cheese

Next Step: Cheese, Please

What’s a pizza without cheese?  At this point, bring the pot of soup to a low heat and slowly crumble (1) cup of Mozzarella Cheese into the soup. I say slowly because you need to stir the cheese into the soup without causing the Mozzarella to clump up on you. The cheese will naturally blend in and thicken your soup. You can always add more cheese when serving the soup into a bowl if you want to avoid this step all together.

Serve warm with garlic bread and enjoy!
